Nos 72 to 74 on Broad Street is a 17th-century building, likely timber-framed. It has three storeys and a basement, constructed of red brick with grey headers. The old tiled roof features three gables, two of which are tile-hung. The building has sash windows, some of which retain their glazing bars. The doorcases are adorned with moulded wooden architraves, panelled reveals, and six-panelled doors, accessed by four stone steps. There are traces of an overhang and a stringcourse. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 66 to 79.
