The cottages at Little Barton Farm, built in the mid-19th century, are two-storey structures made of red brick with grey headers. They feature a half-hipped tiled roof with two dormers. The upper floor has two sashes with intact glazing bars, while the ground floor showcases cambered arched windows and sashes. The cottages also have braces and simple cambered doorcases.
