Description

The wall to the north east of Greyfriars Monastery is an 18th-century garden wall made of red brick laid in English bond, featuring brick pilasters at regular intervals. It stands approximately 8 feet tall. At the south western end, there is an early 16th-century stone archway with blank spandrels, along with a painted lancet window set into the brickwork, which has a wooden surround.
