Description

This is a mid-19th century building comprising Nos. 31 to 35 Blackfriars Street. It is a two-storey structure built of red brick, with a slate roof and stone coping. The building has five sash windows, each set within moulded architraves, and the glazing bars are intact. Simple round-headed doorcases front the property, each containing a four-panelled door. Nos. 31 to 35 form a group of buildings of group value.
