Description

This is a mid-to-late 19th century building on Stone Street. It is constructed of red brick and stands three storeys high. The front facade has three sash windows, one of which has been blocked. The original sash windows retain glazing bars and are topped with shallow pediments supported by consoles. A wooden doorcase featuring a cornice hood shelters a modern door. The building has plain eaves and is roofed with slates. The building is listed for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding properties, specifically Nos. 18 to 21 (consec), No. 21A, and No. 22.
