Description

Cornerways Old Post Office Stores is a building that was formerly the village bakehouse, dating from the 17th century. It has one storey with attics and features a tiled roof with one hipped dormer. The front includes one cambered sash window and a simple doorcase. The Old Post Office Stores, which is dated 1730, may actually be older. This part of the building has two storeys and is pebbledashed, with a tiled roof and two casement windows, along with a simple doorcase. Inside, there is one inglenook fireplace.
