Description

Little Georgian House is a timber-framed building with earlier origins, dated 1739 as indicated by the inscription “N (over) I.M. 1739”. It was subsequently altered and re-faced in brick. The building is two storeys high and has a hipped tile roof with stacks at the gable ends. The street elevation features two 19th-century canted bays. An early 19th-century doorway is located on the side, with plain pilasters and a modillion cornice. The door itself is of six panels, with two glazed panels, and incorporates a foot scraper. Exposed timber-framing is visible in the interior.
