Description

Water Farm House is a house dating from the early 18th century, or potentially earlier. It is constructed of painted ragstone and painted brick, with a plain tiled roof. The house follows a lobby entry plan. The roof is half-hipped to the left and hipped to the right, with a stack cluster located centrally to the right. The first floor has three wooden casement windows and two 20th-century casements to the right, while the ground floor features three wooden casements and a bay window, with a half-glazed door set under a flat hood in the centre to the right. A catslide roof section projects to the rear.
