Description

Probably dating from the 15th century, Providence House and The Pent House is a double L-shaped timber-framed building. The ground floor has been rebuilt in painted brick, while the first floor of the north wing is weatherboarded. The roof is tiled and hipped. Casement windows are visible. A section of the first floor on the north wing projects over the passage leading into the churchyard, supported by uprights. The building has two storeys, with five windows facing east and two facing north.
