Description

Heathfield Cottage, also known as Sloane and Post Office, is likely a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building that has been refaced with painted brick on the ground floor, while the upper part features weatherboarding. It has a hipped tiled roof and a sprocket eaves cornice. The building includes five casement windows and two pairs of doorways, each with flat hoods above. The doorways for the Post Office have six fielded panel doors, and there is a small modern shop window associated with the Post Office.
