Description
Perry Court is an early 19th-century house located on the east side of Canterbury Road in Wye. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof and features two storeys and a garret on a plinth. The front elevation has a double span kneelered gabled roof, with moulded stacks at both ends. The house has a regular arrangement of Dering windows, which are adorned with label hoods. There are two-light windows in each gable, a three-light window on the first floor with a central two-light window, and three-light shallow bays on the ground floor. A projecting gabled porch is situated at the center, featuring a glazed round-headed door with a square light above. Perry Court is part of a series of buildings in the Dering style, mainly found in the nearby Boughton Aluph parish, similar to Cockles Hall.
