Description

This building is a coachhouse and stables located about 10 metres north of Coquet Lodge, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weather boarded, topped with a plain tiled roof. The structure is one storey high with a loft, featuring pendant bargeboarded gable ends, a boarded loft door, and sidelights on the end gables. On the main elevation, there are boarded loft hatches on the right side, with half-doors below and a central wooden casement window. To the left, there is a tiled projecting porch that provides access to the carriage entry. This building is included for its group value with Coquet Lodge.
