Description
Watermill House is a 17th-century building located at 1715 Parkgate Road. It has two storeys, with the ground floor constructed of red brick and the upper floor tile-hung. The roof is half-hipped and tiled, featuring a brick stack and an external chimneystack. The building includes four restored casement windows and a restored doorcase with a weather hood.
