Description

Brattle House, originally known as Nos 1 to 3 Brattle Cottages, is a late 17th century building located on Parkgate Road. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring a tiled front and a tiled roof with two dormers. The house has three window spaces, with two bay windows on both the ground and first floors. The windows are casement style, fitted with small square panes and original glass, including those in the bay windows. The entrance is marked by a simple wooden doorcase topped with a flat weatherhood.
