Description

Goods Hill House is an L-shaped house dating from the 18th century, located on Parkgate Road. It is two storeys tall, with a ground floor made of red brick and tile-hung upper storeys. The house features a tiled roof with a bracket eaves cornice. There are two sashes with intact glazing bars, and the entrance has a doorcase supported by pilasters, topped with an open pediment and a semi-circular fanlight. On the map, it is referred to as Hoskins Farm.
