Grigsby Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier L-shaped timber-framed building. The east wing has exposed timbering with red brick infilling, while the west wing has been refronted with red brick on the ground floor and is tile-hung above. The farmhouse features a tiled roof with one hipped dormer, and it has two storeys and an attic. There are three casement windows.
