Description

Owlcroft is an early 19th-century building situated on Smarden Biddenden Road. It is a two-storey structure with a ground floor of painted brick and an upper level clad in weatherboard. The roof is hipped and covered in slate. The building features two sash windows with intact glazing bars. A small Tuscan porch is also present.
