Description

Walford House is an 18th-century building located on Bethersden Road in Smarden. It is two storeys high and is faced with weatherboarding, topped by a hipped tiled roof. The house features five windows, which include a mix of casement and sash windows, although some of the glazing bars are missing. The entrance has a doorcase with a flat hood supported by brackets, and the door itself consists of six fielded panels. There is a modern addition at the rear of the house.
