Description

The old wall surrounding College Mead at St Mary's College is a stone structure with tile capping, dating from the 18th century and earlier. It incorporates the Ridding Memorial Gateway, which was added in 1905. The gateway features a four-centred arch and early wrought-iron gates. This wall is part of a group of listed buildings along College Street.
