Description

This is a table tomb located 25 metres south-west of the porch of St. Peter's Church in Bishops Waltham. It dates from the mid-18th century and is made of stone. The tomb has a rectangular shape and features a moulded cover slab. Each corner is adorned with a baluster that has a moulded cap and base. The inscription on the tomb refers to James Stubbington, who died in 1745.
