Description

Dean Farm House is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It features a brick exterior that is stuccoed with incised lines and has an old plain tile roof. The building is two stories high and consists of three bays by three bays. The front of the house has a central six-pane door that is topped with a semi-circular fanlight and framed by a doorcase with Doric columns supporting an open pediment. On either side of the door, there are 19th-century tripartite sash windows. The first floor has three twelve-pane sash windows. The roof is hipped and has a stack at each end.
