Description
No. 105 High Street is a building from the mid-18th century that stands three storeys tall. The structure is primarily made of red brick with stucco detailing. The ground floor features a series of small pilasters with modified consoles that support an ornamental entablature, which is broken forward between the windows and over the pilasters. The building has seven windows, with the central window being an arched sash that includes glazing bars set in keystone heads. A modillion cornice crowns the top of the building, and it has a tiled roof. Additionally, there are contemporary 18th-century wrought iron railings along the front. Only the fine front of the building remains following modern rebuilding efforts.
