Description

This is a cottage dating from the 17th century and early 19th century. It has a timber frame that is encased in brick, with an additional bay made of scantling timber-frame and brick. The building is 1½ storeys high and has a cellar, featuring two bays with an outshot store bay added to the right. The door is located at the center beneath a 19th-century timber porch, with two 19th-century casement windows on either side, each having a camber head and a string course of three projecting bricks. Above, there are eyebrow dormers with small two-light casements. The roof is hipped and sweeps over the outshot to the right and over the outshot at the rear.
