Description

The Cross at Stratton Park, dated 1840, is a Grade II listed structure. It stands on a rectangular base with five steps and features a plinth with chamfered corners. The cross has an octagonal base that steps inward and an octagonal shaft topped with a castellated capital. The base of the cross is adorned with foliage in the Early English style. This cross is located on the site of the old Stratton Church, which was demolished for the landscaping of the park.
