Description

Cold Harbour is a 17th-century cottage built with a timber frame and brick infill, topped with a thatched roof. The building is 1½ stories high and has two bays, featuring an outshot at the road end. On the road-facing side, there are two windows: a large and a small two-light casement window. At the rear bay, there is a 20th-century single-storey outshot. The cottage has an eyebrow dormer with a two-light casement window at the center. The roof is hipped and includes a ridge stack placed longitudinally towards the rear center. In front of the house, there is a large yew tree by the road, and to the side, there is a garage with thatched weatherboarding.
