Description

This is a cottage located in Stoke Charity, dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick with some timber framing and features a thatched roof. The building is 1½ storeys high and has two bays, with an outshot at the left end. The central door is accompanied by a late 20th-century timber porch. The cottage has 20th-century steel windows and two eyebrow dormers, each with 2-light steel windows. The right gable end features an early 19th-century lattice glazed casement window. The roof is half-hipped over the outshot. This cottage is included in the listing for its group value with other nearby structures.
