Description
Netherhill House is a late 18th-century house featuring front walls made of blue header brickwork, with red header vertical flush panels. The building includes rubbed flat arches and brick dentil eaves, while the other walls are constructed with Flemish and Flemish Garden Wall bonds using blue headers, some of which have cambered openings. The roof is hipped and tiled, consisting of a double pile. The symmetrical west front is two storeys high with three windows, which are sashes set in reveals, with a triple arrangement on each side. The doorcase features a dentilled order, an open pediment on panelled pilasters, and an arched opening with a radiating fanlight above a six-panelled door, which is accessed by two stone steps. Additionally, there is a single-storeyed service wing that extends from the south-east corner of the house.
