Description

This barn and stable, located 10 metres south west of Bittles Farmhouse, dates from around 1700 and the 19th century. It features a timber frame with five bays and end half-bays, supported by a Queen post truss. The walls are boarded, and the roof is made of corrugated iron, with both half-hipped and hipped sections. Adjacent to the barn is a plain stable block that is positioned at right angles, constructed of brick with a tiled roof.
