Description

Dene Cottages, located in Hurstbourne Tarrant, are a row of three cottages that have been converted into two units. They date from the late 18th century and have undergone restoration in the 20th century. The cottages are constructed from flint and brick, featuring a thatched and tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high and has six windows. Cottages two and three have thatched roofs, while cottage one has a tiled roof. The flint walls are accented with brick quoins, cambered arches, and a plinth, all of which are now painted. The windows are casements, and the doorways are plain, with cottage three having a thatched hood over its entrance.
