Description

The Forge is a house that dates from the 18th century, with later additions made in the 20th century. It is constructed of brick and features a tile roof. The symmetrical front, facing east, has two storeys and two windows. The building has brick dentil eaves and walls laid in Flemish bond with blue headers, along with cambered openings on the ground floor. The windows are casements. There is a late 20th-century brick and tile porch added to the structure. The Forge is included in the listing for its group value.
