Description

Ivy Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century, with renovations from the early 20th century. The walls are constructed of brickwork in Flemish bond, featuring brick dentil eaves beneath the early 20th-century eaves. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles, and there is a flat-roofed dormer. The symmetrical south front elevation has two storeys and three windows, which are sashes set in exposed frames. The entrance features a classical doorcase from the early 20th century. This building is included for its group value.
