Description

St Agatha and St Margaret's are two houses located on the north side of East Street in Hambledon. They date from the 18th century and feature roughcast walls with a hipped tile roof that has varying ridge levels and extends at the west end above an outshot. The south front is two storeys high and has three windows. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames, with ground-floor splayed bays of different styles that contain casements. The entrance to St Agatha is distinguished by a pediment on brackets above a glazed door, while St Margaret's has a half-glazed door sheltered by a canopy that extends from the bay.
