Description

The Old Plough is a house that was once an inn, dating from the early 19th century. It features brick walls and a tiled roof. The symmetrical front, facing east, has two storeys and three windows. Notable architectural details include brick dentil eaves, a flush first-floor band of headers set within Flemish bond, and cambered openings on the ground floor. The windows are casements. The doorway is adorned with a moulded canopy supported by carved brackets, and it has a half-glazed mid-19th century door.
