Reeds Farm Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage that has been altered in the 20th century. It features chequerwork brick and an asbestos sheet roof, which was previously thatched. The cottage has a central planked door flanked by two-light casement windows. The roof is half-hipped and includes a central stack.
