Description
Ashley Manor Lodge is a building that dates from around 1844 and has been converted from a lodge to a house. It features chequerwork brick and an old plain tile roof. The structure is two stories high and has a double pile design, with the left pile set back by one bay and the right pile extending three bays long.
At the front of the left pile, there is a pent-roofed porch that has a top-glazed four-panel door. Each floor of both piles is adorned with 16-pane sash windows that have rubbed brick arches and louvred shutters. The roofs overhang, and there are gables located on the outer sides of the roof, positioned halfway along. Additionally, there are chimney stacks on the ridges above these gables.
