Description
South Lodge is a late 19th-century lodge built of yellow brick with a slate roof. It has a T-shaped layout, featuring a two-storey stem that faces the drive, while the rest of the building is one and a half storeys. The front that faces the drive includes a central two-storey stem that projects as a bay, which has a three-light mullioned window on each floor and a gable with kneelers. To the left of the central bay is a toplit door beneath a flat hood supported by a single Doric column. The right bay also has a three-light mullioned window. The left end features a projecting rectangular bay window, and the left bay has a single diamond shaft stack, while the right bay has a quadruple diamond shafted stack.
