Description

The garden walls surrounding the vineyard north of the Garden House date from the 17th and 18th centuries. They are constructed of flint and brick, featuring brick bands and walls. The walls enclose an area approximately 100 meters by 65 meters, standing 3 meters high with brick on end or brick paviour coping. Several arched doorways are present. At the southeast corner, there is a lower 17th-century flint and brick wall that extends south for 50 meters to the Southerly Cottages, forming the garden wall of Cedar Cottage.
