This small stable, located 20 metres east of Netherton House, dates from the late 19th century. It features a lower, smaller link block between two stables, with predominantly boarded walls and a slate roof. The rear wall is constructed of flint and brick and runs along the northern ends of the other two stables, forming the southern boundary of the entrance forecourt to Netherton House.
