Wel-Lin, also known as Nos 26 and 27, is a cottage dating from the 18th century, with a 20th-century extension that matches its style. The building is constructed of flint and brick, topped with a thatched roof. It has one storey and an attic, featuring two windows beneath a half-hipped roof, with eaves raised above the upper windows. The walls are made of horizontal flint panels, accented by brick quoins, bands, cambered arches, and rusticated jambs. The entrance is located in the 20th-century extension.
