Description

Cygnet Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage located in Abbotts Ann. It is constructed of flint and brick, topped with a thatched roof. Although it is lower in height, it is continuous with No. 58. The cottage has one storey and an attic, featuring two windows. It has a half-hipped roof, with the frame exposed in the upper gable and eaves raised above the upper windows. The walls consist of horizontal flint panels, with brick quoins and cambered arches. The windows are casements, and there is a side door that leads into a 20th-century glazed porch.
