Description

Vine Cottage is an 18th-century cottage with a 20th-century rear extension. It features rendered walls with some later brickwork and a thatched roof. The building has one storey and an attic, with two windows above three. The roof is hipped and slopes low over an outshot on the south side, which contains the current entrance. The upper windows have wide eyebrows, and the mid-19th-century casements are made of cast iron with a diaper pattern. There is a boarded door located beneath a gabled canopy supported by posts. The rear extension is constructed of brickwork but maintains a similar form to the original cottage.
