Description

Nos 30 to 36 on Palmerston Street are late 18th century houses that stand two stories high with a basement. They are constructed of brick and topped with an old tile roof. Each house features one hipped dormer and a single window bay, with casement windows that have slightly segmental arches. The doorways are paired and also sit under slightly segmental arches, each with four flush panel doors. There are common flights of five steps leading up to each pair of doorways, accompanied by a plain wooden handrail. These buildings are part of a group that includes other listed properties on Palmerston Street.
