Description

St Michael’s Mews comprises three former stables, now converted into dwellings, dating from the mid-19th century. It is a wide two-storey block with a regular arrangement of windows: two, three, and two on the long side, and three on the short side. The building has a low-pitched slate roof with wide eaves. The walls are red brick in a Flemish bond, with a stone band marking the first floor level, stone cills, and a stone plinth. The ground-floor windows are sash windows set within arched openings.
