Description

Capsicor and the adjoining cottage form a short row of two cottages dating from the 17th century. The buildings feature exposed timber framing with brick infill and have a hipped thatch roof, which has lower eaves at the rear and on the east side of the front, where there are eyebrow dormers. The north front has one storey and an attic, as well as two storeys with irregular fenestration. The windows are mostly casements with cast-iron frames, and there are 20th-century porches added to the cottages.
