Description
This is a terrace of three houses located on Pylewell Road, built in the late 18th century with late 19th century rear extensions. The front of the houses features stucco walls, while the rear is constructed of brick. The roofs are hipped and covered with tiles. The design originally featured a symmetrical arrangement of two pairs of houses, but modifications have occurred on the north side. The southeast front elevation is two storeys high and has a window arrangement of 1.2.2, with sash windows set in thin exposed frames. The porches, which are coupled between houses 10 and 12, have a concave hood supported by a trellis frame with lower side panels. The irregular rear extension indicates that the original design had a double pile roof, which has since been extended on each side with gables.
