Description

Old Walls is an 18th-century farmhouse located on the south side of Church Hill in Milford on Sea. The building is constructed of red brick and features a brick eaves cornice and a tiled roof. It stands two storeys high and has five windows. The ground floor has sash windows with glazing bars, while the first floor features two early 19th-century casement windows with arched heads, flanking a roundel. Old Walls is listed for its group value, as it is situated in an important corner position opposite All Saints' Church, and is part of a group that includes the Milford House Hotel and Orchard Cottage on Greenbanks Close.
