Description

The Old House is a late 18th century building located on Lymington Road in Milford on Sea. It is faced with Roman cement and features a brink modillion eaves cornice along with a hipped tiled roof. The structure has two storeys and an attic, which includes two dormers. There are eight windows fitted with barred sashes, and the entrance is marked by a round arched doorway surrounded by a moulded architrave. The Old House, along with its garden wall and gate piers, the barn at the rear, and the Old Cottages, forms a cohesive group.
