Description

The Red Lion Public House is an 18th-century building with a stuccoed facade, set behind a later, more elaborate front. It has a tiled roof. The building is timber-framed. The upper floors have two bays, each with four-light sash windows containing glazing bars. On the ground floor, a pleasant 19th-century public house front features three-light, arched-headed sash windows flanking a central entrance. The building forms a group of local interest with numbers 112 to 115, numbers 116 and 117, and Easter Cottage.
