Description

Clarence Cottage is a house built around 1830. It features a stucco exterior and a slate roof. The symmetrical front, facing east, has coupled gables and stands two storeys tall with five windows. It has an eaves cornice supported by coupled carved brackets, and the window frames are thin, with pilasters, a cornice, and a frieze, along with stone cills. The windows are sashes set in reveals. There is a side entrance on the north side, which includes a trellis porch with an arch beneath a flat gable.
