Description

The Heckfield Church of England Primary School dates from the 17th and 19th centuries. The building is mainly from the 19th century, but incorporates an earlier timber-framed section at its north end, which has been filled with painted brickwork. The school has a red tile roof that extends over the long building, with four gables on the west side. A small casement window is present in the north gable, while the rest of the building features large mullion and transom classroom windows.
